Do you accept card payments?
Yes! We accept all cards and do not charge any transaction fees.
Do we need to provide staff?
No, we provide you with at least two fully-trained members of staff for each event. They are usually family members or close friends.
Are your staff uniformed?
Yes. We all have matching uniform for all weather.
When do you need to access the venue?
If we have not been to the venue before, then ideally an arranged pre-visit shall take place, however, if this is not possible, we will discuss this with you or the venue in advance.
Do you obtain the license?
Yes, if a temporary events notice (TEN) is required, we will apply for this on your behalf. The cost will be discussed with you upon booking.
What do you serve drinks in?
Disposable glassware is provided with the package, however if you prefer, the hosts can hire glassware which will remain their responsibility for cleaning and collecting.
Does the Horse Box need to be outside?
Not at all, provided the indoor/alternative space is accessible for the horse box and is permitted by the venue, this is not a problem.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we are fully insured.
How far do you travel?
We are happy to travel, anything over 50 miles of Harrow will incur a small mileage cost.

What facilities do you need to operate?
Ideally, a 13amp power supply, however we do have our own generator if we are unable to connect to an electricity supply.
