Terms & Conditions

1.0 Payment of price

1.1

A deposit of £250 will be payable upon securing your date. The Dotty Mares will not make any other reservations for that date and time, for this reason, all deposits are non-refundable.

1.2

If a pay as you go (PAYG) bar is requested the minimum spend of £750 is to be paid 28 days prior to the event.  This will then be available for refund as soon as the amount is met on the day.  This can either be via cash on the day or a next day bank transfer, as agreed at the time of booking.

 

2.0 Cancellation

2.1

If you cancel within less than 28 days before the date of the event, we will only refund 50% of the package price agreed at time of booking.

2.2

If you cancel within less than 14 days before the date of the event, no refund will be made. 

 

3.0 Dotty Mares obligations

3.1

We will provide the drinks in accordance with our pre-agreed quotation at the event.

3.2

We will supply in addition to 3.1, disposable glassware and decorations as listed in quotation.

 

4.0 Client's obligations

4.1

You'll provide the venue for the event and give us access at least 1.5 hours before the event

4.2

An easily accessible parking space will be required to enable us to park our vehicle once the horse box is in situ. This will need to be accessible after the agreed time of our attendance is up to enable our horse box to be taken away.

4.3

Access to a 13amp power supply, at or near to the bar location

 

5.0 Insurance & Legal

5.1

The Dotty Mares hold Public Liability and Employment Liability, thus fully insured.

5.2

Please note that we are unable to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.

 

6.0 Force Majeure

6.1

Neither party shall be liable for any breach of its obligations resulting from causes beyond reasonable control which may include fire, war or military hostilities, natural disaster, acts of God, death/serious injury/illness of a family/friend/Dotty Mares or any other unavoidable accidents.

6.2 

Each of the parties agree to give notice immediately to the other upon becoming aware of an event of force majeure and such notice shall contain details of the circumstances giving rise to it.
